BlazeandCave's Advancements Pack is a Java data pack that adds over 1000 new advancements, raising the total to 1202. It is one of the first advancement data packs ever made and still one of the largest. It is required on the server or in the world, and players need nothing installed on their own side.

  • Minecraft 1.17 to 26.3.

What it adds

The pack expands all five vanilla advancement tabs and adds new ones for specific topics, 16 in total. Mining, Building, Farming, Animals, Monsters, Weaponry, Biomes, Redstone, Enchanting, Statistics, Potions and Super Challenges sit beside the expanded Adventure, Nether and End tabs. Super Challenges unlocks after you defeat the Ender Dragon and holds the hardest goals. Some advancements borrow from pre-1.12 achievements and from Bedrock and Console editions, and many are original ideas.

  • A built-in scoreboard counts the advancements each player has earned.
  • A points scoreboard rewards harder tiers more, and the point values can be changed in the config menu.
  • Item rewards and decorative trophies are handed out through functions.
  • Cooperative mode, when toggled on, shares advancements across every player in the world.
  • Teams add up member scores. Join one with /team join bac_team_ and press tab to list them.
  • The separate BACAP Language Pack translates every advancement into languages including Spanish, Russian, French, German, Japanese, Chinese and Korean.

How to install it

  1. 1.Download the .zip from the linked page.
  2. 2.Put it in saves/<world>/datapacks, or add it from the Data Packs button when creating a world. On a server, use the server world's datapacks folder.
  3. 3.In an existing world, run /reload or restart so the pack loads.
