The site.
MinecraftHub.io is a curated, source-first Minecraft resource and guide hub for Java and Bedrock players. The site is operated independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or any other game publisher. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.
In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “the operator” mean the operator of MinecraftHub.io. “You” means the visitor using the site.
Eligibility.
You may use the site if you are able to form a binding contract under the law that applies to you, or if you are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian who has accepted these Terms on your behalf. The site does not knowingly collect personal information from children; see the Privacy policy for details.
Acceptable use.
You may use the site to browse resources, read guides, and click through to original sources. You may not:
- Disrupt the site or its infrastructure, including denial of service, intrusion, abusive scraping, or automated traffic that ignores our robots policy.
- Use the site or its content to redistribute copyrighted material in ways the original creator or rights holder has not authorised.
- Misrepresent your identity in correspondence (for example, claiming to be a creator you are not in order to request a takedown).
- Use the site as a launch point for malware, phishing, scams, or content that violates applicable law.
Source-first downloads.
The default behaviour for every resource page is to link to the original creator's source. Where a mirror exists, it is offered alongside the source and only when permission, license, or ownership clearly allows redistribution.
We do not host Minecraft game files, APKs, cracked launchers, hacked clients, paid Marketplace mirrors, or NSFW content. When you follow a link to a third-party source, that download is governed by the third party's terms. We do not warrant the safety, completeness, or behaviour of third-party files. Back up your worlds and configurations before installing any third-party resource.
Intellectual property and attribution.
Resource pages describe and link to work created by independent creators, who retain their own rights in that work. Page text, screenshots, structured data, and editorial copy on MinecraftHub.io are produced for the site and are protected by applicable copyright law.
Linking to MinecraftHub.io pages from other sites is welcome. Bulk re-use of editorial content (scraping the catalog, mirroring metadata, reposting our copy) is not permitted without written consent.
If you are a creator and a page about your work is inaccurate or needs to be removed, write to [email protected]. Include the URL on MinecraftHub.io and the basis for the request. We treat creator takedown and correction requests as a priority.
Third-party links and content.
The site is built around links to third-party platforms (Modrinth, CurseForge, MCPEDL, Planet Minecraft, creator websites, and others). We do not control those destinations and do not make warranties about their content. Use them at your own risk and read their terms.
Advertising.
Display ads on the site are served by third-party ad partners. Their products and offers are their own; their presence on the site is not an endorsement by us. See the Privacy policy for how ad cookies are handled.
Disclaimer of warranties.
The site, its content, and all linked resources are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any linked download will be safe, current, compatible, or fit for your installation.
Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or any third-party content reached through the site.
Where applicable law does not permit a full disclaimer, the operator's total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid the operator in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim (which is zero in the standard case) or one hundred United States dollars.
Your indemnity.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including any intellectual property right.
Trademark notice.
Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. We reference Minecraft, Java Edition, Bedrock Edition, and related terms for descriptive and editorial purposes. We do not use Mojang or Microsoft branding as our site identity and we do not claim endorsement.
Changes to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be clearly noted on the site. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law and disputes.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your home country gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
