Modrinth lists Terra under the MIT License. The project's GitHub README is more specific: the core API and core addons are MIT, while the Bukkit and Fabric platform implementations, the code that ships inside the downloadable jar, are licensed GPLv3. Check the LICENSE file in the relevant folder before redistributing or forking any part of Terra.
