Medieval Structures is a Bedrock addon that adds dozens of small medieval buildings to world generation. As a medieval structures addon it favours restraint over spectacle. It is Bedrock only, and it needs Feudal Furniture installed alongside it, because the buildings are made from that addon's blocks.
Supported versions
- Minecraft 1.21.120 to 26.50. The newest build requires Feudal Furniture | +800 BLOCKS.
What it adds
trotamundos872 designed the structures to sit naturally in a vanilla world. Many structure addons suffer from crowded builds, excessive loot and designs that clash with Minecraft's style. This one is a deliberate answer to that.
- Loot is reduced by design. The top finds are arrows, iron or basic food, so normal resource progression stays intact.
- Structures are small and compact, but carefully decorated with Feudal Furniture blocks.
- Frequency is very low. They embed into mountains, mimic trees, or sit in small hidden areas across different biomes.
How to install Medieval Structures
- 1.Install Feudal Furniture first and import its file.
- 2.Open the Medieval Structures file with Minecraft so it imports. The newest file is a behavior pack in .mcpack format.
- 3.Create or edit a world and switch on the Medieval Structures behavior pack in the world's settings.
If the import fails or the structures never appear, the guide on fixing add-ons that do not work covers the usual causes.
The trade-off
Rarity and thin loot are the point, but they mean you may travel a long way to find one. If you want chests full of treasure or frequent landmarks, this addon is not built for that.
Questions about Medieval Structures.
4 questions
Does Medieval Structures need Feudal Furniture?
Yes. The structures are built from Feudal Furniture blocks, and the creator lists that addon as a required dependency. Install it first, then add Medieval Structures and enable both for the world you want to play.
What loot can you find in Medieval Structures?
Very little by design. The top finds are arrows, iron or basic food, and the reduced loot is fully intentional. It preserves the natural vanilla resource progression. Structures are small and compact, with a vanilla-friendly design, so expect carefully decorated buildings, not chests packed with gear.
How often do Medieval Structures generate?
Rarely. They are meant to complement a world, not replace its terrain. Expect to find them embedded in mountains, disguised as trees, or tucked into small hidden areas across different biomes.
Is Medieval Structures available for Java Edition?
No. It is a Bedrock Edition addon, and Java Edition cannot load addon files. The CurseForge listing is under the Bedrock section and targets Bedrock releases only.
