Tetra ships under a custom all-rights-reserved license, not a permissive one. Per the project's GitHub license and use notes, you can fork or modify the code, submit pull requests, copy portions of it into other projects, and build on it as a library, but you cannot redistribute Tetra as a whole or reuse the Perk-system content and assets.
