Prominence II Hasturian Era

Prominence II: Hasturian Era, usually searched as Prominence 2, is a lore-driven RPG modpack for Minecraft Java Edition on the Fabric loader. It targets 1.20.1 and nothing above it, and because Fabric is a Java Edition loader, no Bedrock device can run it. Progression is the whole point.

How a Prominence 2 run is structured

You play one of the Flameborn of Vaaz and work through two campaigns, The Void's Invasion and The Hasturian Era, that unlock progressively and tie lore to your character's progression. The Kingdom of Vaaz, a capital city with shops, quest NPCs and dialogues, can be visited at any point of the campaign and changes as you advance. Enemies scale with your level, so a full run is a long commitment rather than a weekend.

• Custom textures, GUI and hotbar in the pack's volcanic style

Talent tree and character progression

Character growth runs through a custom Talent Tree with 10 fates, 100 stat talents, 16 passive talents and 5 active abilities. There is no fixed class list. You build one out of the tree, so two players in the same session can end up with completely different kits. Talent points arrive every two levels, so a build fills out over real playtime.

Artifact weapons and the endgame

The artifact system drives the endgame. You obtain the Molten Core through the campaign, forge an artifact with it, then push that weapon through its own upgrade tree by spending Artifact Power earned from Molten Remnants. Chapter II of the Hasturian Era unlocks the Primordial Forge and its tiered armor sets, and Mythic Challenges open after that as timed boss fights. Multiplayer encounters give up to three lives, and losing them lowers the Unholy Hourglass level.

System requirements

Prominence 2 needs the Fabric loader on Minecraft Java Edition 1.20.1. The launcher downloads the listed mods when you import the pack. Both sides are required, so a client without the pack cannot join a server running it, and a plain server cannot host it.

How to install Prominence 2

1. 1.Use a launcher that reads Modrinth modpacks. The Modrinth App and Prism Launcher both open the .mrpack file directly. Our walkthrough for installing a Minecraft modpack covers the route.
2. 2.Open the Modrinth project linked on this page and install the newest release, or import the .mrpack file into Prism yourself.
3. 3.Let the launcher set up Fabric and Minecraft 1.20.1. A modpack install pins both, so you do not need to install the Fabric loader by hand.
4. 4.For a server, the pack must be installed there too.

Multiplayer and dedicated servers

Prominence 2 includes multiplayer support with mob scaling, and Mythic Challenge encounters give a party up to three lives before the Unholy Hourglass level drops. Every player and the server run the same full pack.
