Helian-MMCO is a realistic shader pack for Java, published by MoAoXnX as a personal modification of Sundial Lite. It runs on Iris and OptiFine and adds more control over color. The pack lists no required dependencies.

About Sundial Lite
Sundial Lite is the free and open source branch of Sundial under GPL 3.0, designed to balance quality, performance and compatibility. Its own feature list includes shadowmapping with transparent shadows and water caustics, waving plants, full LabPBR support, parallax, screen space reflections and a physically based atmosphere. Helian-MMCO is a modification of that pack, so the Sundial Lite page is the place to read about the base it starts from.
Installation
- 1.Install Iris (on Fabric or NeoForge) or OptiFine.
- 2.Get the .zip from the CurseForge page.
- 3.Place the .zip in the shaderpacks folder.
- 4.Select Helian-MMCO in the shader menu. With Iris, that is Video Settings > Shader Packs.

How do I install Helian-MMCO?
Install Iris or OptiFine first, then place the Helian-MMCO .zip in the shaderpacks folder. Open the shader menu (Video Settings > Shader Packs with Iris) and select it. The pack lists no other required mods, so the loader is the only prerequisite.
Does Helian-MMCO work with Iris and OptiFine?
Yes. Both loaders are listed for the pack. OptiFine released after 04.12.2019 is supported, and Iris 1.5.0 and above should work in theory. The latest Iris is suggested because it gives fewer bugs.
Is Helian-MMCO the same as Sundial Lite?
No. It is a personal modification of Sundial Lite by MoAoXnX. It adds more color adjustment options, softer clouds, fresher default tones, brighter dynamic lights and a sunshower weather effect on top of Sundial Lite.
Can I use Helian-MMCO on Bedrock?
No. It is a Java shader pack that needs Iris or OptiFine, and both are Java mods. Bedrock cannot run them, so the pack will not load there.
