Integrated Storage is an integrated storage addon for Minecraft Bedrock that builds one infinitely extensible storage system, reached through connected terminals and modelled on the ME system from Applied Energistics 2. It arrives as a single .mcaddon holding a behavior pack and a resource pack, and it needs no experimental toggles. dingsel leads it, with Schwerty on the interfaces and AtlasW3chter on assets.

Supported versions

  • Minecraft 1.21.80 to 1.21.130.

What it adds

Every system starts with two blocks. The disk drive holds storage cells, which store everything you put into the network, and one drive takes up to four cells. The terminal is the window into that storage, and you can place several terminals on the same system.

  • Import, export and storage busses for moving items in and out of the network.
  • Multiple disk drives per system, each with four cell slots.
  • Integration with UtilityCraft by Dorios Studios, which adds automation and energy machines.
  • No vanilla behavior or resources are modified.

Progression and recipes

Progress is deliberately technical, as in the Java mod. Some of the presses you need for crafting must be found in meteorites scattered across the world. Recipes follow Applied Energistics 2 as it stood in 1.12.2, so look up that mod's recipes if the recipe book falls short. The team asks players not to seek help with AE2 content itself.

How to install Integrated Storage

  1. 1.Open the .mcaddon file with Minecraft so it imports both packs.
  2. 2.Create or edit a world and switch on the behavior pack and the resource pack.
  3. 3.Leave the Experiments toggles alone, since none are required.
  4. 4.If the terminal interface looks broken, reorder your packs, because the interface can clash with other packs depending on stack order. The install guide covers the basics.

Questions about Integrated Storage.

4 questions

Does Integrated Storage need experimental toggles?

No. The newest release is marked as requiring no experiments, so you only need to import the .mcaddon and enable its behavior and resource packs on your world. It also leaves vanilla behavior and resources unmodified, which keeps the setup simple.

How do I install Integrated Storage on Bedrock?

Open the .mcaddon file with Minecraft and it imports both packs. Then edit your world, and under Behavior Packs and Resource Packs activate Integrated Storage. Make a world backup first, because the addon is still in its testing phase.

Does Integrated Storage work with UtilityCraft?

Yes. The creators state that Integrated Storage works with UtilityCraft by Dorios Studios, an addon that adds automation and energy machines. Pack order can affect the interface, so reorder the packs if the terminal screen looks wrong.

Are Integrated Storage recipes the same as Applied Energistics 2?

They are based on the 1.12.2 release of Applied Energistics 2. If the in-game recipe book is not enough, look up that mod's recipes. The team is not affiliated with Applied Energistics 2 and asks players not to request AE2 help from them.
