Myths & Magic is a fantasy Bedrock addon by Alylica that adds new mobs, blocks, items and a full spell system. It plays in a Vanilla+ style alongside vanilla Minecraft, so nothing is replaced. It is Bedrock Edition only and needs no other packs.

What it adds
The addon brings over 12 new mobs, new tools and blocks, and 8 new music tracks. The centre is the magic system, with 33 spells as of v1.0.8. Each spell is a Combat, Status or Mobility type and carries one of six elements.
How the magic works
- Scrolls turn up in structures or come from a Scroll Crafter. Each casts one spell for Mana and loses durability until it breaks.
- Spellbooks hold three spells and never wear out. They gain experience and level up to 3 at a Spellcrafter, but more spells raise the Mana cost and the cooldown.
- Staffs hold one spell and use durability, but they can fire even regular spells at long range.
- The Spell Manager, crafted from wood and wool, dyes books, reorders spells, researches what a spell does and applies Smithing Templates to staffs.
- The Spellcrafter sits in the Sparkling Tower and cannot be crafted. Its energy is refilled by giving a Sparkling Crystal to a Mage, while the craftable Reforged Spellcrafter can be refuelled without one.
Magic items and trade-offs
Mana regenerates on its own, and Azsilva Armour adds 25% regeneration per piece. Offhand amulets tweak spells but wear out and must be recrafted, and the Altered Amulet lifts spell damage by 30% at the cost of your health. Elemental masks (Ember, Frost, Breeze, Boulder, Thunder) boost one element by 1.5x and halve damage from another, with little protection in return.
Installation
Open the addon file with Minecraft to import it, then switch on its behavior and resource packs in the world settings. The install guide covers phones and manual Windows folders. If the packs do not load, try fixing add-ons that will not work.

How do I install Myths & Magic on Bedrock?
Open the addon file with Minecraft so it imports, then create or edit a world and switch on the addon's behavior and resource packs in the world settings. On Windows you can also place the pack folders in the com.mojang behavior_packs and resource_packs folders.
