Useful Slime is a Bedrock addon from Iced_Fox_Studios, with XtraGer_dev credited as co-author, that turns slime into a full arsenal of gear, food, potions and movement blocks. It runs on Bedrock only, and the newest release lists no required dependency packs. Think of it as a useful slime addon for players who want mobility and combat tools in survival.

What it adds
- Slime Sword with lifesteal and chain damage. At five combo hits it triggers Slime Fury, an area blast with knockback and slowness. Right-click fires Slime Tether, homing beams that push enemies.
- Slime Boots that bounce you back up after a fall and remove fall damage.
- Slime Sling, which launches you through the air and leaves a slime particle trail.
- Slime Staff, which spawns friendly slimes and grants Resistance and Speed.
- Slime Shield, which blocks with a heavy impact and strong knockback on attackers.
Food, potions and blocks
Slime Gelatin, Slime Ball Stew and Bowl of Slime Soup give jump and movement support. The Slime Potion and Large Slime Potion unlock Slime Slam, a jump-and-crash move that blasts nearby enemies away.
For builders there is the Elastic Slime Bed, a low bounce block, plus a Sticky Slime Slab. Use a Slime Oil Vial on the sticky slab to turn it into a fast-sliding Oiled Slime Slab. The vial empties after use and refills from slime oil on the ground. Oily Slime is a new mob that drips particles and leaves oil behind, and the Slime Oil Layer is a thin block that spreads across floors.
Installation
- 1.Open the add-on file with Bedrock so it imports (double-click on Windows, open with Minecraft on phones and tablets).
- 2.Create or edit a world and switch on the addon's behavior pack and resource pack under Behavior Packs and Resource Packs.
