Is there a SkyFactory 4 for Bedrock

No. SkyFactory 4 is a Java Edition modpack built on Forge, and Forge mods cannot run on Bedrock Edition at all: the two editions use different game engines and file formats, so a Java mod has nothing to load on Bedrock.
