Create Interiors is an addon that extends the furnishing options of Create. It runs on NeoForge, Fabric and Forge, with a stopped Quilt line, and it is needed on both sides in multiplayer. The focus is narrow: seats, chairs and a small table.
Loaders and versions
- NeoForge: Minecraft 1.18.2 to 1.21.1. The newest build needs no dependencies; some builds for 1.18.2 to 1.21.1 require Create.
- Fabric: Minecraft 1.18.2 to 1.20.1. The newest build requires Create Fabric; some builds for 1.20.1 need no dependencies.
- Forge: Minecraft 1.18.2 to 1.20.1. The newest build requires Create; some builds for 1.19.2 need no dependencies.
- Quilt: Minecraft 1.18.2 to 1.20.1, builds stopped after September 2024. The newest build needs no dependencies; some builds for 1.18.2 to 1.20.1 require Create Fabric.
What it adds
- Chair blocks in all 16 dye colors. They can be sat on standalone or as part of a contraption, and they pick up entities the way Create's seats do. They are also bouncy.
- Floor chairs, the same as chairs but without legs.
- Kelp seats and kelp chairs, a cheaper and easier-to-farm alternative to wool versions. They behave exactly like their wool counterparts.
- Seatwood planks, a decorative block meant to dress up seats and chairs alongside Create's step and panel blocks.
- Seatwood tray tables, including a small wall-attached table that sits well next to the chairs.
Crafting and adjusting
A colored chair comes from one colored wool and two wooden slabs, or from one colored seat and one wooden slab. Kelp is the budget route: one dried kelp and two wooden slabs make a kelp chair, and one dried kelp with one wooden slab makes a kelp seat. Three seatwood planks come from two wooden slabs and two wooden planks.
Right-click a chair with a wrench to cycle its armrests through none, left only, right only and both. Sneaking while right-clicking with the wrench toggles the back size.
Installation
