How to install Combat Crosshair

  1. 1.Get the CombatCrosshair.zip file from the CurseForge page.
  2. 2.Open Options, then Resource Packs, then Open Pack Folder, and drop the zip into the resourcepacks folder.
  3. 3.Move Combat Crosshair to the Selected side of the Resource Packs screen.

Known limitations

It is Java only. Bedrock uses a different pack format, so this zip will not load there.

Questions about Combat Crosshair.

3 questions

How do I install Combat Crosshair?

Put the zip file in your resourcepacks folder, which you can reach through Options, Resource Packs, Open Pack Folder. Then move the pack to the Selected side of the Resource Packs screen. A pack made for another release can still load, but it shows an incompatibility warning.

Does Combat Crosshair need a mod to work?

No. The newest file is listed as requiring nothing, so it loads as a plain resource pack with no companion mod. NitroRiced's page also says it should work with mods, and CurseForge tags it Mod Support, so using it next to other mods is the stated intent.

Is Combat Crosshair available for Bedrock?

No. It is a Java resource pack, and Bedrock uses a different pack format, so the zip will not load there. Bedrock players need a crosshair pack made specifically for that format rather than this one.
