It adds one relentless entity, the Maternal Wraith, plus a set of craftable devices to track and resist it.
Supported versions
- Minecraft 1.21 to 26.40.
What it adds
The Maternal Wraith is the whole show. It spawns across most biomes, with forest and jungle suggested as the place to meet it, but not in deserts, oceans, caves, icy biomes, mountains, the End or the Nether. It is not clever, but it adapts. Hit it with arrows and it dismantles itself, regrows, and returns immune to arrows. Its skins change as it takes damage, much like an iron golem.
Two modes are included. Classic keeps to the entity's true form roaming and acting. Abnormal adds paranormal events, such as the entity stealing loot or copying a player's name. A hidden darkness level also makes it target players who spend a lot of time in the dark.
Devices and tools
- Mobile phone with a Flash app, which slows the entity and cancels its adaptations for a short time. Losing it means crafting another, and that is costly.
- Walkie-talkie, which plays static when nothing is near and a strange noise when the entity is close.
- Speaker, which distracts the entity instantly. The dual mini speaker is used to craft it.
- Portable saw, which saws the abnormal corpses and body parts the entity dismantles and also drops useful loot.
- Battery, which is used to craft various devices, and universal motherboard, which is required to craft various machines.
- Powerbank, which recharges the phone's flash only if it is fully empty.
The pack also includes a guide book, and custom items translate automatically to match your language setting.
Installation
- 1.Open the .mcaddon file with Minecraft so it imports. The install guide covers each platform.
- 2.Create or edit a world and switch on the behavior pack and resource pack in its settings.
- 3.Leave the experimental toggles alone, since none are required.
- 4.Read the guide book and check the Status option on the phone before heading out.
Trade-offs
The feature set is narrow by design. You get one adaptive enemy and the gear around it, not a broad content pack. The wraith punishes repeating the same attack, so expect to rotate weapons and rely on the phone.

Questions about I heard it too.
5 questions
How do I install I heard it too on Bedrock?
Open the .mcaddon file with Minecraft and it imports automatically. Then edit your world and activate both the behavior pack and the resource pack in its settings. On Windows you can also place the pack folders under the com.mojang directory manually. No experimental toggles are needed.
Does I heard it too need experimental toggles?
No. The creator states the addon does not need experimental features. You only need to activate its behavior pack and resource pack on the world you want to play, and use Minecraft 1.21.70 or newer.
Where does the Maternal Wraith spawn?
It spawns almost everywhere except deserts, oceans, caves, icy biomes and mountains, and never in the End or Nether. The creator suggests trying forests or jungles if you want to find it.
How do you beat the Maternal Wraith?
Use the Flash app on the phone. It slows the entity and cancels its adaptations, including ones it already gained, for a short time. Afterwards the entity can adapt again. Walkie-talkies help you locate it and speakers distract it.
Is I heard it too multiplayer friendly?
The creator marks the addon as multiplayer friendly and achievement friendly. The pack does not say anything specific about Realms or dedicated servers, so test it in a throwaway world before committing to a shared one.
