More Overworld Dungeons is a Bedrock addon from ARTMS that adds 48 new structures to the Overworld. Castles, temples, fortresses and towers generate naturally and match the biome they stand in. It works on Minecraft Bedrock only, and Java Edition cannot load it.
Supported versions
- Minecraft 1.21.130 to 26.30.
What it adds
Every structure uses materials that belong to its biome, so a ruin reads as part of the landscape instead of a pasted-in set piece. Chests hold loot scaled to the structure's difficulty, and the interiors are filled with hostile mobs that fit the theme.
- Frozen, snowy and cold biomes: castles, fortresses and towers of packed ice, blue ice and quartz, defended by Strays and Breeze.
- Deserts: sandstone temples haunted by Parched and Husks.
- Badlands: temples of red sandstone.
- Dark forest and taiga: Illager castles and towers of stone bricks, cobblestone and dark oak.
- Jungle: overgrown temples of mossy stone bricks and mossy cobblestone, where Bogged and Zombies lurk.
The 48 split into desert (10), ice (8), jungle (11), mesa (3), Illager (13) and monster (3) structures. Sizes run from small castles to full castles, plus one Illager mansion.

Questions about More Overworld Dungeons.
4 questions
How many structures does More Overworld Dungeons add?
The addon adds 48 structures to the Overworld. They include desert, ice, jungle and mesa temples and castles, Illager mansions, castles and towers, and monster castles. Each one is built to blend into the biome where it generates, and each holds chests with loot scaled to its difficulty.
Which biomes do the new dungeons spawn in?
They generate in frozen, snowy and cold biomes, deserts, badlands, dark forest and taiga, and jungles. Ice structures use packed ice and quartz, desert ones use sandstone, badlands ones use red sandstone, Illager castles use stone bricks and dark oak, and jungle temples use mossy stone.
What mobs guard the structures?
The mobs follow each structure's theme. Cold biome castles are defended by Strays and Breeze, desert temples by Parched and Husks, and jungle temples by Bogged and Zombies. Illager castles and monster castles also have their own themed hostile mobs inside, so every biome offers a different fight.
How do I install More Overworld Dungeons on Bedrock?
Open the file from CurseForge with Minecraft Bedrock to import it. On Windows, double-click it. On phones and tablets, open it with Minecraft. Then switch on the addon's behavior and resource packs in your world's settings and load the world.
