Offhand Addon MCPE by Spunkyinsaan brings a Java-style second hand to Bedrock. It lets you hold torches, totems of undying, shields and similar items in the offhand while a tool or weapon stays in the main hand. It is a Bedrock-only addon aimed at phones, tablets, Windows and consoles.

How to use the offhand
Double crouch to swap the held item into the offhand. A few items do not work with the swap. Water buckets are one case: for an MLG-style placement, crouch and right click three times. Exactly which items are supported depends on the subpack or addon release you load, and arrows only work in some cases.
