Evil Hunter The Horror Within is a psychological horror modpack for Forge, built entirely around the dark lore of the Evil Hunter mod. It is made by Denpis, targets Java, and must be installed on both sides in multiplayer.

The premise
You find an old hard drive that belonged to your missing son and load his world. The ascension rite was interrupted, and something now shares the world with you. Your goal is to complete the banishment ritual before the Evil Hunter, a scorched red silhouette, finds you. Avoid his gaze and hunt for ancient silver.
What changes in the world
- True darkness. Nights and deep caves are pitch black, and the brightness slider is locked. Without a light source you are blind.
- Silent ambience. There is no music, only heavy silence, echoing cave noises and unsettling sounds that shift with light levels.
- Performance help. Embeddium and Oculus are included for frame rate, along with pre-installed shader packs.
How to install
