Kami Chan Optimized is a Fabric modpack that tunes the Java Edition client for smoother performance without adding content. It is client-side only and carries the performance mods most Fabric players already install, not a kitchen-sink list. The pack is open source and distributed through Modrinth.

What's included
The creator's rule is to keep the pack as bare bones as possible and ship only what an optimization pack needs. Sodium, Lithium and Starlight are among the mods it uses. Because it adds no content mods, it keeps vanilla parity and works in any world and on any multiplayer server.
A separate plus edition exists for players who want extra features. This pack is the stripped-down one.
How to install Kami Chan Optimized

Pack releases follow a w.x.y.z scheme.
- W rises with each new Minecraft release, so 1 is 1.19.3 and 2 is 1.19.4.
- X rises when a mod is added or removed.
- Y rises when any listed mod is updated.
- Z rises for hotfixes to the pack.
