The Adrenaline modpack is a lightweight performance bundle for Fabric on Minecraft, built by SkywardMC as a foundation of rendering and memory fixes rather than a themed content pack. It runs on either side, single-player or hosted, and keeps vanilla looks and mechanics untouched while cutting frame drops and stutter.

What Adrenaline changes
- Memory-usage improvements bundled alongside the rendering and logic-performance fixes
- A deliberately small mod count, built to serve as a base you extend with your own additions
- Room to add your own favorite mods once the pack itself is running, as long as they match the release you're playing
Installing and adding it to a hosted world
Grab it through any application that reads Modrinth's .mrpack format; the modpack install guide and the Fabric loader guide cover the general steps. For hosted use, Adrenaline installs through Modrinth's environment feature, so only the mods that belong on that side get pulled in. The hosted-side build was previously distributed separately as Adrenaserver before folding into this project.
Questions about Adrenaline.
4 questions
Which Minecraft releases does Adrenaline support on Fabric
Check the loader and release list above for the specifics that apply to each range.
Can Adrenaline run on a hosted world
Yes, the pack supports hosted use through Modrinth's environment feature, which pulls in only the mods relevant to that side. The hosted-side portion used to ship separately as Adrenaserver before merging into this project.
Is Quilt still supported
No, Quilt builds stopped after June 2024 at Minecraft 1.20.4. Only Fabric continues to receive current builds, so Quilt should not be treated as an active option going forward.
Can other mods be added on top of Adrenaline
Yes, it is designed as a base. Once installed you can add your own mods, so long as they match the Minecraft release you are running, without breaking the included optimizations.
