Superb Warfare is a Minecraft Java mod that turns survival into a shooter sandbox. It adds firearms, heavy artillery and fully drivable war machines, and runs on NeoForge and Forge. It is required on both the client and the server.

Installation
Install the matching loader first, using the guide to installing Forge and NeoForge if needed. Put the mod file and every required library in the mods folder, then launch with the loader profile. Libraries are listed with the loader ranges above. For in-game config editing, add the optional Cloth Config API.
Server settings and known issues
To change explosion damage, set explosion_destroy to true or false in serverconfig/superbwarfare-server.toml inside the save folder. The command /sbw config explosionDestroy true or false does the same in play.
Arclight servers are not supported. On Mohist, use mohist-1.20.1-ab9cdbe3-server or above to avoid crashing.
The mod has no Bedrock edition. Its textures, models and animations are proprietary, and the team asks players not to pay for any Bedrock project or server that claims to use them. The main trade-off is the dependency stack, which includes Curios API on most builds, plus the need to install it on both client and server.

Does Superb Warfare have a Bedrock version?
No. Superb Warfare is a Java Edition mod only. The development team states that it has no Bedrock edition and has not authorized any Bedrock project to use its textures, models or animations. Players are warned not to pay for servers or projects that claim otherwise.
How do I turn off explosion damage in Superb Warfare?
Block destruction is on by default. Open serverconfig/superbwarfare-server.toml in your save folder and set explosion_destroy to false. You can also run the command /sbw config explosionDestroy false while playing, without editing any file.
Why does my server crash with Superb Warfare installed?
Arclight servers are not supported by the mod, so a crash there is expected. On Mohist, use mohist-1.20.1-ab9cdbe3-server or above to avoid crashing. The mod is also required on the server itself, so check that it and its listed libraries are installed there.
Do I need Superb Warfare on both the client and the server?
