Unlimited Enchantments is a Minecraft Java mod and data pack that lifts the usual level caps, so enchantments can reach level 255. It ships for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, and as a plain data pack for anyone who prefers no loader. It is required on the server, while players on the client can join without it.
Loaders and versions
- Fabric: Minecraft 1.21 to 26.3. The newest build needs no dependencies; some builds for 1.21 to 1.21.7 require Fabric API.
- Forge and NeoForge: Minecraft 1.21 to 26.3. The newest build needs no dependencies.
- Quilt: Minecraft 26.1 to 26.3. The newest build needs no dependencies.
What it changes
- Maximum enchantment level is 255 instead of the standard limits.
- The creative Ingredients tab displays enchantments up to level 255.
Installing it
Pick the route that matches your setup. The mod jars need the matching loader, set up as in our guides for installing mods on Java and installing Fabric.
- 1.Mod route: install Fabric, Forge, NeoForge or Quilt for your Minecraft release, then put the mod's .jar file in the mods folder.
