Mandala's GUI - Dark mode - Utopia extension is a 16x resource pack for Java that brings the Mandala dark menu style to modded screens. It is an addon, not a standalone theme. Mandala's GUI - Dark mode by Cesar Zorak must be loaded with it, and every texture is credited to him.

What changes visually
Arp_sys made the pack to replace light, vanilla-style mod interfaces with the Mandala dark look. It was first built for the Create Building Utopia modpack, and it now covers 110 mods with over 1200 GUI textures.
- Create and a long run of its addons, including Northstar, Steam 'n' Rails and Sifter.
- Alex's Mobs and Apotheosis.
- Storage and utility mods such as Refined Storage, Sophisticated Storage, Iron Chests and Waystones.
- Recipe viewers and helpers including EMI, Just Enough Items and Jade.
How to install
- 1.Put the zip files for both this pack and Mandala's GUI - Dark mode in the resourcepacks folder (Options > Resource Packs > Open Pack Folder).
- 2.Move both packs to the Selected side of the Resource Packs screen.
- 3.Open a modded menu to confirm the dark style loads.

Known limitations
Testing is narrower than the listed range. The creator checked releases 1.20.1 to 1.21.5, and NeoForge mods on 1.21 and later were tested in June 2025. Other releases should work but are untested, and the creator will upload them on request. Mods with their own GUI style, such as Biomancy and Ad Astra, are skipped except for their vanilla-style parts. Applied Energistics 2, Mekanism and Aether are only planned.

No. It is an addon for Mandala's GUI - Dark mode by Cesar Zorak, and that base pack must be enabled too. The extension supplies textures for mod menus, while the base pack provides the dark style it builds on.
