xali's Potions is a 16x resource pack for Java that gives every potion its own texture, built to make them easier to distinguish. It is a narrow pack with one job. From 1.21.5 up it needs nothing else, while older releases rely on a CIT mod.

What changes visually
Each potion gets a different texture, which makes them easier to distinguish. The creator, xalixilax, calls it one of their favorite texture packs, alongside their xali's Enchanted Books pack.
Companion mods and settings
- 1.21.5 and above, no extra mod is required.
- Before 1.21.5, use a CIT mod such as CIT Resewn, Variant CIT or OptiFine.
How to install xali's Potions
- 1.Download the pack's .zip file.
- 2.Open Options, then Resource Packs, then Open Pack Folder, and drop the .zip into the resourcepacks folder.
- 3.Move xali's Potions to the Selected side of the Resource Packs screen.

How do I install xali's Potions?
Put the .zip in your resourcepacks folder, which you can open from Options, then Resource Packs, then Open Pack Folder. Move the pack to the Selected side of the screen. On releases before 1.21.5, install a CIT mod first, otherwise the potion textures will not apply.
Does xali's Potions need OptiFine?
Not on 1.21.5 and above, where nothing extra is required. Before 1.21.5 you need a CIT mod, and OptiFine is one option alongside CIT Resewn and Variant CIT. Nothing else is required on newer releases, so the pack works on its own as a normal resource pack from the resourcepacks folder.
Is xali's Potions available for Bedrock?
No. It is a Java pack only, published on CurseForge as a Java project. Bedrock uses a different pack format, so this one will not load there. Java players can use it as a normal resource pack from the resourcepacks folder.
