IT - Lost in Derry is a horror addon for Bedrock that drops Pennywise and a cast of story characters into survival worlds. It ships as a single .mcaddon file and works on Bedrock only, so Java players cannot load it. Expect screamers, cutscenes and two full boss fights.
Supported versions
- Minecraft 1.21.90 to 1.21.132.
What it adds
The addon mixes roaming scares with scripted encounters. Most characters appear after you hand them an item, which starts a cutscene and places them in the world.
- Watcher Pennywise appears silently at night and vanishes when approached.
- Pennywise Villager is a fast village variant that explodes on death.
- Paul Bunyan stands motionless in the woods, then awakens behind you.
- The Painted Woman is triggered by straightening a crooked painting, and ends in a two-screamer mini-boss.
- Red balloons spawn behind you as you explore, and you can craft your own to place.
- Pennywise's Music Box can be found or crafted, and ends with an explosive surprise.
- Fortune cookies write a prediction when eaten and spawn a monster.
- Fear is a new resource used to craft the Fear Block, which screams when placed or broken.
New structures include a hospital on the plains, a sewer area, a music box structure and one with a statue.
Boss fights and artifacts
Pennywise 2017 is summoned, triggers nightfall and runs through six forms, each with its own animations, screamers and attack patterns. Pennywise 1989 lives in the sewer and cycles through forms such as a wolf, a cowardly runner that spawns balls, and a grandmother. Each boss drops a hand trophy. Keep it in your first hotbar slot for +10 melee damage.
Installation
Open the .mcaddon file with Bedrock so it imports, then switch on its behavior and resource packs in your world's settings. The steps are in how to install add-ons on Bedrock. If a pack does not show up or misbehaves, try fixing add-ons that do not work. The listing names no required dependency packs.

How do I install IT - Lost in Derry on Bedrock?
