Health Bars by Four is a health bars addon for Bedrock that attaches a bar to every vanilla mob. Hit a Zombie and you watch its life drop in real time. It is Bedrock only, ships as a single .mcaddon file, and needs no experimental toggles.
Supported versions
- Minecraft 1.21.130 to 1.21.132.
What it adds
FourWorldsStudios built the pack around one idea: no more guessing how close a mob is to dying. The bar shrinks as you attack and shifts colour as life falls, so a glance tells you whether to swing again or back off.
- A health bar on every vanilla mob.
- Colour changes as health decreases.
- Several bar styles to pick from in the settings, including Section, Smooth, RPG and a Heart Icon.
- Compatible with texture packs.
- No experimental features required, and the player.json file is not used.
How to install Health Bars
Follow the general steps in how to install add-ons on Bedrock if this is your first pack. If it refuses to load, this troubleshooting guide covers the usual causes.

- 2.Create or edit a world and switch the pack on under Behavior Packs and Resource Packs.

Questions about Health Bars by Four.
3 questions
Does the Health Bars addon need experimental toggles?
No. The creator states that the addon does not require experimental features, and it does not use the player.json file. You only need to import the .mcaddon file and switch on its behavior and resource packs for the world you want to play in.
Which mobs get a health bar?
Every vanilla mob gets one. The addon is built for vanilla mobs only, so creatures added by other addons are not covered. The bar drops as you damage a mob and changes colour as its life decreases.
Can I change how the health bars look?
Yes. The style is chosen in the settings. The creator's page shows Section, Smooth and RPG styles plus a Heart Icon option. The addon is also compatible with texture packs, so you can keep your usual look.
