New Armors Overhaul is a Bedrock addon from Iced_Fox_Studios that turns seven armor sets into ability gear. Each set carries passive effects, a full-set bonus and an active power with its own particle effects. It is Bedrock only, and Java cannot load it.

What it adds
Every set has its own identity. Pieces give a passive bonus while worn, and a complete set unlocks a stronger bonus plus an active ability.
- Armadillo: resistance, Super Resistance as a full set, and Earth Shield, a geodesic dome that reflects projectiles.
- Bone: undead fear you, Necromancer as a full set, and Dark Invocation, which summons altars that spawn skeletons.
- Prismarine: water breathing, Ocean Master as a full set, and Tsunami, waves that push enemies away.
- Shulker: levitation control, Telekinesis as a full set, and Dimensional Portal, which levitates and groups enemies.
- Slime: a bounce effect, Super Bounce as a full set, and Bounce Field, a slime pool with expanding particles.
- Turtle: shell protection, Ancient Turtle as a full set, and Massive Healing, which heals you and allies with shields.
- Wither: wither immunity, Wither Lord as a full set, and Devastating Waves, expanding darkness that destroys blocks.
Using the abilities
Hold Shift and right click to charge an ability, then release it. Passive effects work as soon as you wear the pieces. The listing names no experimental toggles and no dependency packs.
How to install New Armors Overhaul

How do I install New Armors Overhaul on Bedrock?
Open the downloaded .mcaddon or .mcpack file with Minecraft Bedrock and it imports on its own. Then open your world's settings and activate the addon's behavior pack and resource pack. On Windows you can also place the pack folders in the com.mojang behavior_packs and resource_packs folders.
Does New Armors Overhaul need experimental toggles?
