This time stop addon for Minecraft Bedrock lets you stop time with a right-click. Mobs, arrows and even water stop in place, so you can escape danger or pull off a trick. It is a Bedrock-only pack by HowardAddon, currently at the Quantum Future Update (5.x).

What it adds
- A craftable Time Stop item that freezes mobs, projectiles and water when used.
- Immunity for whoever holds the item, so you can freeze other players who do not carry one.
- A stopped daylight cycle while time is frozen (added in 5.0).
- Temporal Fragments, extracted from the Time Stop item, used to craft Quantum Bombs.
- Quantum Bomb lv 1 and lv 2, with a recipe to upgrade lv 1 to lv 2.
Quantum Bombs
Unlike the Time Stop item, the Quantum Bomb works like a grenade. It freezes entities and items within a radius of roughly four to five blocks, and the bomb itself is immune to time stop effects. That makes it a targeted tool where the main item freezes the whole world.
Installation
- 1.Get the pack from the CurseForge page and open the file with Minecraft Bedrock so it imports.
- 2.Create or edit a world and switch on the pack under Behavior Packs, and under Resource Packs if one is included.
- 3.Load the world and right-click with the Time Stop item to stop time.

How do I install the Time Stop addon on Bedrock?

The newest release, 5.2.5, covers Minecraft Bedrock 1.21.120 to 26.50. It was published on 2026-10-06 and lists no required dependencies. The addon is Bedrock only, so Java Edition cannot load it.
Does Time Stop freeze other players?
Yes. Anyone holding the Time Stop item is immune to the effect, so you stay free while others without the item are frozen. The Quantum Bomb is also immune to time stop effects. Players who do not hold the item are caught in the freeze.
What is a Quantum Bomb in Time Stop?
