FlectonePulse is a chat and message manager for Minecraft Java. It ships as a mod for Fabric and NeoForge and as a plugin for Bukkit, Spigot, Paper, Purpur, Folia, BungeeCord, Waterfall and Velocity. The FlectonePulse plugin takes control of chat, notifications and nearly every event that prints text, so you decide what players see, when they see it and how it looks. It is aimed at servers and runs asynchronously, off the main thread.
Loaders and versions
- Fabric: Minecraft 1.21.8 to 26.3. The newest build requires Fabric API; some builds for 1.21.8 to 26.2 require PacketEvents and Fabric API; some builds for 1.21.8 to 1.21.11 need no dependencies; some builds for 1.21.8 require PacketEvents.
- NeoForge: Minecraft 26.2 to 26.3. The newest build needs no dependencies.
What it controls
- Multiple named chat channels, each with its own range, destination, cooldown, sound and trigger.
- The admin command /emit sends a formatted message to CHAT, ACTION_BAR, BOSS_BAR, TITLE, SUBTITLE, TOAST, TAB_HEADER, TAB_FOOTER or BRAND.
- Per-player language detection. With by_player set to true, each player reads messages in their own language, with the default as fallback.
- Textures, player skin avatars and built-in sprites inside chat and the MOTD, with no resource pack.
- /chatsetting opens a menu where players toggle messages and change colors.
- Legacy & codes, hex colors and MiniMessage tags mix freely in one line.
- Over 40 built-in commands, plus chat bridges to Discord, Telegram and Twitch, and cross-server sync through a proxy or Redis.
Setup and configuration
Java 17 or higher is required. Fabric and NeoForge files install like any loader mod, and the guide to installing Fabric on Minecraft Java covers the loader side. Settings live in config.yml (database, language, proxy mode, cache), command.yml, message.yml, integration.yml, permission.yml and localizations/*.yml for per-language text. Every module can be enabled or disabled.

Is FlectonePulse a plugin or a mod?
Both. FlectonePulse ships as a mod for Fabric and NeoForge and as a plugin for Bukkit, Spigot, Paper, Purpur and Folia, plus proxy plugins for BungeeCord, Waterfall and Velocity. Pick the file that matches your platform, since a mod file will not load as a plugin and the reverse is also true. It is free and open source under GPL-3.0.
Does FlectonePulse work with Velocity and BungeeCord?
Yes. Proxy support is built in for BungeeCord and Velocity, and Waterfall has its own file as well. Messages can synchronise across servers through the proxy or Redis, so you do not need a separate plugin for cross-server chat. Discord, Telegram and Twitch chat are handled through the integration settings.
Which Java release does FlectonePulse need?
Java 17 or higher is required on every platform. Older Minecraft releases such as 1.8.8 can also run on Java 17. For the exact Minecraft range of each Fabric and NeoForge file, check the loader list on this page.
Can FlectonePulse show textures in chat without a resource pack?
Yes. Textures, player skin avatars and built-in sprites can be placed in chat messages and the MOTD without a resource pack. Admins can also send any formatted message with /emit to destinations such as CHAT, ACTION_BAR, TITLE or BOSS_BAR, which makes it easy to preview how a message looks.
