What Mouse Tweaks changes, and why it is not an inventory sorter
The name leads some players to search for it as a sorting mod, but Mouse Tweaks does not reorganize or sort anything on its own. Holding right mouse button and dragging places one item per slot across everything the cursor crosses, and dragging back over an already-filled slot adds to that stack instead of resetting the drag. Holding left mouse button and dragging over matching item types picks them all up onto the cursor, and holding left button with shift moves matching stacks straight into your inventory. The scroll wheel transfers one item at a time between the cursor stack and the hovered slot, with the scroll direction configurable in the mod's own options screen.
