AxVaults is a plugin that gives players permission-based virtual vaults able to hold any item. It runs on Bukkit, Spigot, Paper, Purpur and Folia. Only the server needs it, and players join without installing anything.

What AxVaults does
ArtillexStudios describes the plugin as lightweight and dupe free by design. Items are stored in binary, so custom items with NBT data, such as crate keys, are kept intact. Vault data lives in H2 or SQLite, and those are the only databases the plugin lists.
Players open a selector menu that supports an unlimited number of pages, and they can pick an icon for each vault. Admins can ban items from vaults with a blacklist, and can view or modify any player's vault, online or offline. The number of vaults per player is effectively unlimited, capped only by the 32 bit integer limit.
Commands and permissions
- /axvault opens the vault selector (axvaults.selector).
- /axvault [number] opens a specific vault (axvaults.openremote).
- /axvaultsadmin reload reloads the plugin, forceopen shows the selector to a player, and view opens an online or offline player's vault.
- axvaults.vault.<number> grants access to one vault. The default is vault 1.
- axvaults.itempicker lets players change a vault icon. It is on by default.
Installation

The trade-off is a narrow scope. This is a storage plugin with two database options, so it suits servers that want simple per-player vaults rather than a full economy or chest-shop system.

How do I install AxVaults?
Put the plugin file in the plugins folder of a Paper, Spigot, Purpur, Folia or Bukkit server and restart it. The newest release needs no other plugins. Players install nothing, since AxVaults runs only on the server. Then set the axvaults.vault permissions for the vaults each player should reach.
Does AxVaults work on Folia?
Yes. Folia is among the listed server software, with releases for Minecraft 1.18 to 26.3. Bukkit, Spigot, Paper and Purpur are covered by the same range.
How many vaults can a player have?
Admins can give a player an effectively unlimited number of vaults, technically capped at 2,147,483,647. Each vault needs its own axvaults.vault permission with its number, and the default grants only vault 1. Permissions for higher numbers do not unlock the lower ones.
Can admins open a player's vault when they are offline?
Yes. The /axvaultsadmin view command opens the vault of an online or offline player, and admins can modify its contents. The /axvaultsadmin forceopen command instead shows the vault selector to a player.
