Open Inventory is an open inventory plugin for Bukkit, Paper, Purpur and Spigot, made by infie03. It lets staff open, edit and search player inventories and ender chests through a GUI, whether the player is online or offline. It runs on the server only, and players need nothing installed.

What staff can do
- Edit inventories and ender chests live, across worlds, with right-click previews of shulker box contents.
- Browse snapshot history in one window, preview a saved state by ID, and restore it. Snapshots are saved on join and on quit, and can be previewed while the player is offline.
- Manage private vaults when the PriVault plugin is installed.
- Store data in SQLite or MySQL asynchronously, with localised messages.
Permissions and commands
The main command is /openinv, aliased as /invsee. Shortcuts include /inv and /invec for online players, plus /offlineinv and /offlineec for offline ones. Three permission nodes shape access. openinv.modify is required to move items in the GUIs, openinv.exempt shields staff and VIP inventories from lower-ranked staff, and openinv.override lets trusted admins bypass that shield. Every command can be logged for accountability.

How do I install Open Inventory?
