zAuctionHouse is an auction house plugin from GroupeZ for Bukkit, Folia, Paper, Purpur and Spigot. Players list, browse and buy items through an inventory menu, so the zauctionhouse plugin needs no typed commands for everyday trading. It runs on the server only. Players install nothing.

Server software and versions

  • Bukkit, Folia, Paper, Purpur and Spigot: Minecraft 1.20 to 26.3. The newest build needs no dependencies; some builds for 1.20 to 26.2 require zMenu.

What it gives players and admins

  • Fixed-price listings and bulk selling, with confirmation screens for both selling and buying.
  • Categories, sorting by price, date or name, item search and a shulker box preview before purchase.
  • Seller and buyer taxes, including different rates per permission group.
  • Support for 15+ economy plugins, among them Vault and PlayerPoints.
  • Admin inventories for managing listings, blacklist and whitelist rules, filters on lore, name and NBT, per-player listing limits and automatic expiry.
  • Sales history, a transaction log, Discord webhooks and offline notifications for sellers.

Menus are built on zMenu, which handles layout, slots and button placement. Messages, sounds and command aliases are editable too. The plugin can also convert listings from other auction plugins and generate tens of thousands of fake items to stress test a setup.

Installation and storage

  1. 1.Download the file from Modrinth and place it in the plugins folder of your Paper, Spigot, Purpur, Bukkit or Folia server. The plugin install guide covers the steps.
  2. 2.Restart the server.

SQLite needs no setup and suits a single server. MySQL or MariaDB scale further, and Redis synchronises several servers into one shared auction house. Database queries run asynchronously, and Folia is supported.
