Faithful 32x is a vanilla-like Faithful texture pack for Minecraft Java Edition at 32x resolution, double the default 16x. It reimagines textures instead of simply redrawing them, using the extra pixels while keeping a limited palette and a consistent style. Vattic started the pack in 2010, and it is now maintained by the Faithful Resource Pack team with volunteer contributors.
What changes visually
Modrinth lists coverage of blocks, entities, environment, equipment, fonts, GUI and items. The look stays close to default Minecraft, so it suits players who want sharper detail without a new art direction. The trade-off is that it is a conservative upgrade. If you want a different style, this is not it.

How to install Faithful 32x

- 2.In Minecraft, open Options > Resource Packs and click Open Pack Folder.
- 3.Place the .zip in the resourcepacks folder.
- 4.Back on the Resource Packs screen, move Faithful 32x to the Selected side.

Licence and contributing
The Faithful License encourages using and modifying the work in your own projects, with a few ground rules. Commercial or distribution questions go to the license text. All textures come from volunteers, and anyone can submit textures through the Faithful Discord or make an add-on. The creators list the pack on their website, CurseForge, Planet Minecraft and Modrinth, and say files from other sites are unsupported.

How do I install Faithful 32x?
Get the .zip from Modrinth, open Options > Resource Packs > Open Pack Folder in Minecraft Java, and place the file in the resourcepacks folder. Then move Faithful 32x to the Selected side of the Resource Packs screen and click Done. No mod loader or extra software is needed.
Does Faithful 32x need OptiFine?
No. The builds list no required mods or dependencies, so the pack loads on Minecraft Java without OptiFine or a mod loader. It is a client-side resource pack and does nothing on a server.
Is Faithful 32x available for Bedrock Edition?
