Emissive Cape Portals is a Java resource pack that makes the portals on the movie capes glow in the dark. Both the front and back portals light up, which shows most at night and in dark caves. It is a vanilla-like tweak, needs no companion mod, and is installed by the player only, with nothing to add on a multiplayer host.

How to install Emissive Cape Portals

It uses core shaders to make the cape portals glow, so it may not work with OptiFine or with shader packs run through Iris. It does work in vanilla and with Sodium. If you rely on a shader pack, test the cape in a dark spot before committing to the setup.
