Simple Bedwars is a simplistic 16x resource pack for Java Edition that strips textures back for mini games such as Bedwars, Skywars and Duels or Practice. It is client-side only, so nothing is installed on a server. Cat_125 publishes it on Modrinth, where it has passed 188,000 downloads.
