Stoneborn is a dark-themed resource pack at 16x that overhauls the user interface for Java Edition, inspired by fantasy media. It is lightly ornamented, stylistically cohesive and easy on the eyes, and it suits vanilla or modded play. Sindavar33 first published the Stoneborn resource pack in 2021 and last updated it in May 2026.

Using a language other than English may leave some text elements missing. The creator allows add-on packs that adapt Stoneborn to other mods' interfaces, provided each one holds only the assets for the mod it replaces, loads on top of Stoneborn in game, and links back to the Stoneborn page with credit to Sindavar.

How do I install the Stoneborn resource pack?
Get the .zip from CurseForge, then open Options, Resource Packs and Open Pack Folder and place the file there. Back in the Resource Packs screen, move Stoneborn to the Selected side. A pack made for another release may show an incompatibility warning but can still load.
Is Stoneborn available for Bedrock?
No. Stoneborn is a Java Edition pack distributed through CurseForge, and Bedrock uses a different pack format. Bedrock players would need a separate pack made for that edition.
Does Stoneborn work with modded play?
The creator says Stoneborn should suit any playthrough, vanilla or modded. Other mods' interfaces can be adapted by separate add-on packs that load on top of Stoneborn, and those packs may hold only the assets for the mod they replace, not the Stoneborn pack itself.
