Utility HUD is a PvP-focused utility HUD texture pack for Bedrock by EchoRif. It turns the inventory screen into an overlay with quality-of-life readouts that normally need add-ons. Overlays like this used to work only on touch devices, until T1M0THY's discovery made them possible on PC too. It now runs on PC and mobile.

Using it on PC and mobile
On PC, join a world and press E to open the inventory, and the features switch on. If you have potion effects, press Z first. Tab shows or hides the overlay, and Esc closes it. F1 plus a number key from 1 to 9 swaps that hotbar item into the offhand. 1 plus F1 equips a totem. F8 plus 1 to 5 toggles individual features.
On mobile, open the inventory and tap the new button above the inventory button to show the overlay. A swap button handles the offhand, and a draggable totem button equips totems. Its position resets whenever the world reloads, unless you change the config.
Subpacks and config
The Default subpack carries every feature. Pick Without Counters if the HUD lags. Options live in the _global_variables.json file inside the ui folder. Golden apple and enchanted golden apple counts are combined. A crafting output bug in the inventory screen is worked around with a craft button that uses everything in the grid, so there are two modes for filling it.

How do I open the Utility HUD overlay on PC?
Join a world and press E to open the inventory, and the features activate. If potion effects are running, press Z first, then E. Tab shows or hides the overlay and Esc closes it. Close it before opening chests or villager trades to avoid problems.
Does Utility HUD work on mobile?
Yes, on phones and tablets that use Classic UI. Pocket UI is not supported. Open the inventory, tap the new button above the inventory button to show the overlay, and use the close button to hide it again.
What if Utility HUD makes the HUD lag?
Switch to the Without Counters subpack. It drops the item counters for free slots, golden apples, ender pearls and totems, which the creator names as the fix for lag on the HUD screen. The other features stay available.
Is Utility HUD available for Java?
No. It is a Bedrock texture pack hosted on CurseForge's Bedrock section, and Java cannot load that format.
