Bedrock Energistics is a Bedrock addon by Fluffyalien1422 that adds energy, fluid and gas machines. It is powered by Bedrock Energistics Core. It is also a beta, so expect change.
Supported versions
- Minecraft 1.20.80 to 26.40. The newest build requires Bedrock Energistics Core; some builds for 1.20.80 to 1.21.50 need no dependencies.
What it adds
You generate energy, move fluids and gases around a base, and set machines to mine, smelt and process for you. Every machine has its own custom interface.
- Over 25 machines, including generators, processors, resource makers, block breakers and placers, and tanks for everything they produce.
- Five tiers of progression, from machines made of iron up to an endgame chain gated behind plastic.
- Shared networks with other Bedrock Energistics Core addons, so these generators can power an Advanced Storage Network setup.
Getting started
A guide book arrives the first time you spawn into a world, and you can craft another from a book and redstone. Hold it and interact to view all entries, or interact with a machine to open its entry, which shows what it takes, what it makes and how fast. The same guide is online.
- 1.Install Bedrock Energistics Core first.
- 2.Open the addon file so Bedrock imports it.
- 3.Switch on the behavior and resource packs in the world settings.
- 4.Spawn in and read the guide book.
Options live in scripts/__config.js inside the behavior pack. Each one is optional, and a missing or wrong entry falls back to its default with a warning in the content log. For a walkthrough of importing packs, see how to install add-ons on Bedrock.

Questions about Bedrock Energistics.
3 questions
Is Bedrock Energistics stable?
It is labelled beta. Machines, recipes and their rates may change between releases, so keep a backup of any world you care about before updating and check the changelog for what moved.
Does Bedrock Energistics need another addon?
The newest release needs Bedrock Energistics Core, which powers the add-on. Some older releases need no dependencies. Install the Core before enabling the packs.
Can I use it with other energistics addons?
Yes, if they also run on Bedrock Energistics Core. Machines from any Core addon share networks, so generators from one can power machines from another.
