Vampire Craft is a vampire craft addon for Minecraft Bedrock by pedro_dnovo, inspired by a Java mod with the same theme. It lets you become a vampire or a werewolf, feed on blood, and unlock skills. It ships as a single .mcaddon file and works on Bedrock only.
Supported versions
- Minecraft 1.21 to 1.21.70.
What it adds
The addon rebuilds survival around the creature you become. Vampires carry a thirst mechanic, and a vampire who does not drink blood dies of thirst. The creator's wiki covers the details in its features section.
- Transformation with fangs, which drop when you kill a vampire or werewolf. Wait 5 minutes and the change is complete.
- A blood altar where a vampire or werewolf unlocks new skills.
- A skill item that appears in your inventory once the transformation ends, used to trigger those skills.
- Chinese translations (Traditional and Simplified) from nextplumestudio.
How to install Vampire Craft
- 1.Open the .mcaddon file with Minecraft Bedrock (double-click on Windows, open with Minecraft on phones and tablets). The addon imports itself.
- 2.Create a world or edit an existing one, then activate the addon in the world settings.
- 3.Load the world and find fangs to start the transformation.
The newest build, v4.7.4 from 2025-04-26, lists no required dependencies or experimental toggles. If the addon refuses to import or activate, the add-on troubleshooting guide covers the usual causes, and the Bedrock install guide walks through manual installs.
Questions about Vampire Craft.
3 questions
How do I install Vampire Craft on Bedrock?
Open the .mcaddon file with Minecraft Bedrock and it imports automatically. Then create or edit a world and activate the addon in the world settings. On Windows, you can also place the pack folders manually under the com.mojang directory.
Does Vampire Craft need experimental toggles?
The newest build lists no requirements, so no experimental toggles are named for it. If a world still refuses to load the addon, check that it is active in the world settings and that you are running a supported Bedrock release.
Does Vampire Craft work on Realms?
The addon's page does not say whether it works on Realms, so there is no confirmed answer. It is a Bedrock-only .mcaddon. Test it in a local world before relying on it for a shared one.
