The female gender mod changes the player model by adding breasts, giving your avatar a more feminine look than the standard model. It runs on Fabric and NeoForge, with older Forge builds that have stopped. The mod is required on the client and optional on a server.
Loaders and versions
- Fabric: Minecraft 1.16.4 to 26.3. The newest build requires Fabric API; some builds for 1.16.4 to 26.1.2 need no dependencies.
- NeoForge: Minecraft 1.20.4 to 26.3. The newest build needs no dependencies.
- Forge: Minecraft 1.16.4 to 1.20.1, builds stopped after November 2023. The newest build needs no dependencies.
What it does
Wildfire created the mod, celeste owns the project now, and pupnewfster maintains it. Press H to open the customization settings. On releases before 1.21.6 the key is G.
- Client-side by design. Install it on a server only if you want settings shared between connected players who also have the mod.
- Cloud sync, added in 4.0 for 1.21.2 and later, shares your settings with players on servers that do not have the mod.
- On a Realm, friends see your settings only if everyone has Cloud Sync enabled. Updates arrive with a delay for performance reasons.
- Requests such as a male bulge or female butts are declined.
Installing the mod
- 1.Install the loader that matches your build, following the guide for Fabric or Forge and NeoForge.
- 2.Put the mod's .jar file, plus any dependency listed below, in the mods folder inside your Minecraft directory.
- 3.Launch with the loader's profile and press H, or G on releases before 1.21.6, to open the menu.
Trade-offs and conflicts
Development follows the newest Minecraft release only. There are no plans to backport. Bedrock players cannot load it. The creator points them to the Extended Character Appearance add-on for a similar effect.

Does the female gender mod work on multiplayer servers?
Yes. You need the mod on your own client. If the server also has it, settings sync automatically between connected players. On servers without it, Cloud Sync, added in 4.0 for 1.21.2 and later, can share your settings with other players who use the mod.
