Minecraft versions1.20, 1.20.2, 1.21.4, 26.1.2, 26.2

It's All Connected is a 16x, vanilla-like resource pack for Java that uses CTM to join every vanilla texture that can be joined. It needs Continuity, or OptiFine if you still run it, to load the connected textures. It applies on your own machine only.

Supported versions

  • Minecraft 1.20 to 26.2. Some builds for 1.20 to 1.21.4 require Continuity.

What changes visually

This pack connects textures differently from other CTM texture packs. It keeps the vanilla look of each block and removes the visible borders between neighbours, so large surfaces read as one smooth piece.

The 26.2 Chaos Cubed update added textures for the new blocks, and every existing texture was upgraded with known problems fixed. Latest release is 1.4.

How to install It's All Connected

  1. 1.Install Continuity, or OptiFine, so connected textures can load.
  2. 2.Put the pack's .zip in the resourcepacks folder (Options > Resource Packs > Open Pack Folder).
  3. 3.Move the pack to the Selected side of the Resource Packs screen.

The newest release declares no required dependency, yet the pack's own page still asks for Continuity or OptiFine to make the connections work. Older releases differ, so check the supported list above before picking a file. A pack built for another release can still load but shows an incompatibility warning.

Known limitations

It changes how blocks join and leaves colours and detail close to vanilla. Bugs and suggestions go to the GitHub issues page.

Questions about It's All Connected.

4 questions

Does It's All Connected need OptiFine?

No. It works with Continuity, or with OptiFine if you still use it. One of the two must be present, since the pack relies on CTM support to join textures. Install whichever you prefer before enabling the pack.

Is It's All Connected available for Bedrock?

No. It is a Java pack only. Bedrock uses a different pack format, and the pack is listed on Modrinth for Java content.

How do I install It's All Connected?

Install Continuity or OptiFine first. Then open Options, Resource Packs, Open Pack Folder, and drop the .zip in. Back on the Resource Packs screen, move the pack to the Selected side. Pick a release that matches your game, or expect an incompatibility warning.

How is It's All Connected different from other CTM packs?

It keeps the vanilla look of blocks and only removes the borders between them with CTM. Its implementation was done differently from other CTM texture packs, preserving the vanilla look while improving smoothness. It connects every vanilla texture that can be connected.
