Sweety's Items is a vanilla-like 16x resource pack for Java that refreshes the item textures of Alex's Mobs. It is a resource pack, so it has no loader of its own, and it only does something when the mod is installed.

What changes visually
Many Alex's Mobs textures are over five years old. Some clash with vanilla art, and a few clash with other textures from the mod itself. Sweetygamer2 redrew most of the item icons to give them a uniform, more modern look. Textures that already fit that vision were left alone.
How to install Sweety's Items
- 1.Install Alex's Mobs, since the pack only retextures its items.
- 2.Get the .zip from Modrinth.
- 3.Open Options > Resource Packs > Open Pack Folder and put the .zip in that folder.
- 4.Move Sweety's Items to the Selected side of the Resource Packs screen.

Credits and scope
This project is unaffiliated with the Alex's Mobs team. Part of the art is adapted from the mod's own assets, which is why the creator ties the pack to the mod's LGPL. The pack is a narrow tweak, not an overhaul, and it targets only one mod.

Does Sweety's Items need Alex's Mobs?
Yes. The pack is made for Alex's Mobs and refreshes that mod's item textures, so the mod is the thing it is built around. Install the mod first, then put the pack in the resourcepacks folder and move it to the Selected side of the Resource Packs screen.
Does Sweety's Items change mob or block textures?
No. The pack affects most Alex's Mobs items, but only items. Blocks and mobs were not touched in any way, so every creature keeps the mod's original model texture and every block looks as it did before.
Is Sweety's Items available for Bedrock?
No. It is hosted on Modrinth as a Java pack, and Bedrock uses a different format.
